
As the sons of the world renowned London based Swiss chef Anton Mosimann, Mark, together with his brother, Philipp, help their father in running Mosimann’s London, consisting of an exclusive private member’s dining club and Mosimann’s Party Service, catering for private and corporate events both in London and internationally. In 2000 Mosimann’s received the Royal Warrant from His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales for Catering Services.
Drawing on the breadth and depth of his experience; Mark Mosimann, who returned to London to join the family business in 2007, provides consultancy services to the Villa contributing to the impeccable quality of the Villa restaurant as well as the ancilary food and beverage outlets.
